I am Adya Kumar, a global business executive, technology leader, and AI enthusiast currently based in Germany.

I believe in multiple passions. I believe everyone has different personas which come together to make an individual unique. I use this blog as a platform to share my passions and interests with others in the digital space – all from the archives of my life in progress. Professionally, I work at the intersection of technology, business, and strategy, helping organizations leverage data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies to solve business problems at scale.

While technology is transforming the way we work and live, I strongly believe that people, culture, and inclusion remain at the heart of meaningful change. To explore these crossroads, I founded “The Digitalization & Diversity Podcast” as a passion project in 2021.
